Due to the personal nature of audio equipment, change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. If your item is faulty, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund, including handling any warranty claim with the manufacturer for you. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws of your country.
