Change of Mind
Please note that all change of mind cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% restocking fee.
Due to the personal nature of audio equipment (IEMs, ear tips, etc.), we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Please ensure compatibility before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as per the manufacturer's warranty policy.
Returns for Unopened Items
Unopened, unused products in original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
